A - All users with access to 1st Incident Reporting have the ability to access and view publicly uploaded Reference Materials content.


Q - What types of content can users access?

A -  Reference Materials content can be accessed in 3 ways:

  • Downloadable file: A file will be downloaded to the users device
  • Website Link: The user will be redirected to a specific website URL
  • Video Link: The user will be directed to the linked video resource.
